This is something you would do after having exhausted other avenues (tried everything else you can have your notes for general issues with installation - not sure which solution to recommend in this case. IF the router cannot be updated due to it having reached "end of life" support (no more firmware updates), it is possible that the router needs to be replaced with newer equipment. Routers can become "outdated" just like other parts of your setup. I use Hi5 and facebook and I can view videos or listen to music. it starts to install then a box will pop up saying that it failed or was cancelled. now I can not install any type of flash player.

That the issue persists with Wireless seems to indicate the issue might not be the actual printer driver but instead is something in the network setup.
